These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Casa Fran Concepts LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“founder/mode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the founder/mode website, Chrome extension, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Business Use
The Service is intended for business and professional use.
You represent that:
You are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, or for professional purposes
You have authority to bind that entity to these Terms

We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.
3. Use of Google Services
If you sign in using Google OAuth or grant access to Google data:
We will only access the data necessary to provide the Service’s functionality
We will not use Google user data for advertising
We will not sell Google user data to third parties
Our use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Service allows users to capture, generate, store, and manage content and workflows.

Suspend or discontinue the Service
at any time.
5. User Content
Ownership
You retain all rights to your content.
License to Us
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Host
Store
Process
Display
your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
We do not sell your content.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access
Reverse engineer or resell the Service
Interfere with system integrity or security
7. Fees and Payment (Stripe)
Paid plans are billed through Stripe.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree:
To pay all applicable fees
That subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
To provide accurate billing information
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Term and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
Required by law
The Service is discontinued
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Service ends immediately
You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, and branding, is owned by founder/mode and protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of our technology.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (including Google and Stripe).
We are not responsible for third-party services or their data practices.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee that:
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs
You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
founder/mode will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless founder/mode from any claims arising out of:
Your use of the Service
Your content
Your violation of these Terms
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
